My terms of agreement for Script Development

are outlined as follows:

• Upon "potential client" making contact and outlining the specifics of what is needed for the script to be developed(i.e. complete screenplay, partial screenplay, short film, etc.) I will provide samples of my work for the "potential client" to review.

• After reviewing my material, "potential client" will determine whether or not to move forward with acquiring my services as "script developer".

​

• Upon acquiring my services, "potential client", will sign the following contract:

"Potential client" can electronically sign document and email copy to me or "snail mail" signed copy of contract to me.

I will provide mailing address via email if "potential client" chooses to do so.

• "Potential client" and I will arrange a time-frame for how long I have to work/when the script must be completed (with periodical check-ins for "potential client" to observe the progress of the script).

• Payment: I require half of the pay up front and the other half after completion of the script(granted "potential client" is satisfied with finished product) as well as credit in "potential client's" production as "Script Developer".

Interested parties may email me for a quota (pertaining to their particular need: full script/partial script/pilot).

​

• Once the script is completed, I will forward a copy to "potential client" for review.

​

• After review of the finished product and with "potential client's" satisfaction with the results; "potential client" will make their final payment.
