Hustle & Flow

This past week has been a little hectic to say the least! I have been covering hours at my job and it hasn’t provided me much time to keep up with my blog and channel (#yikes). So I wanted to rant right here and now with you; touching base and staying #connected! I’m sure you’ve had moments where you had to hit the ground running; discovering that there’s little time left for yourself.

It’s vital that we all find some time for ourselves to unwind and relax. Stress seems like a subtle emotion, but it can develop into a deadly trigger that drains you mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically! Even as I write this, I feel drained and tired. All of us are hustling and bustling; chasing another dollar. What good will the money be if we’re too maxed out to use it properly and enjoy it wisely? That’s why I hope that my blog is a sweet reprieve that gives you the jumpstart that you need as you live your #millenniallife. We all need words of #encouragement that will speak life to our souls. I can get in my own head at times, but when someone says something to me that is #motivating or I receive a compliment; it energizes me! It’s like a simple reminder that “this too shall pass”; it’s just a #moment.

I’m excited about #2020 and all of the new content that I want to share with you moving forward! Like I always say: as I grow so does this blog. Everyday is a new experience and life lesson that is to be learned. Sharing insight and wisdom is what we #humans do best! I’m very passionate about living my best life; making improvements that will elevate my #aesthetic.

As I’ve mentioned in prior videos and posts; I’ve been working at a women & children’s shelter just outside of Pittsburgh. It has been a very enriching experience that will stay with me for the rest of my life. Working on the “Recovery Support Staff“ has taught me a lot about addiction, healing, self-impimprovement, the pain that we endure in life, and so much more. I truly believe that this moment is making me a better #actress! But with all of that being said, I’m hoping to share more about my time/work at the shelter in future posts/videos. I’ve been exposed to different personality types and have had my eyes opened to the bitter reality that is poverty. Overall, I have come to the realization that people are people regardless of status. I’m not a respector of persons. I don’t care about your job or your title or your net worth. I care about the quality of your character: are you legit or are you shady?

I hope that you were able to glean something from this time with me, lol! I just wanted to check-in and stay connected. I never want to “drop-the-ball” when it comes to #blogging and #vlogging. Again, I hope that my content is doing what it is intended to do; elevating your #aesthetic. I appreciate your continued support (more than you can fathom)! Be sure to subscribe to my YouTube channel if you haven’t already and check out the latest videos that I have uploaded. Hopefully, I will be able to get new content out to you in the following week. Our staff at the shelter is short-handed and I have been picking up shifts to cover people left and right. The office is about to become my new recording space, lol!

Also connect with with me on #socialmedia by clicking on the icons down below. Let me know what you think of my #blog, #videos, and #content!!!

Until next time,

Santé
