*7 SIMPLE HACKS TO MAKE YOUR DAY EASIER*

Everyone has a "Mentos moment" every now and again. You know, when something spontaneously malfunctions leaving you in a pinch. These moments can be a pain! Or, maybe you just realized that you're low on something essential and need a quick fix to hold you over. I'm sure if you keep these 7 handy tips in mind, you'll get through the minor drama, and continue on with the rest of your day with ease!

1. Black Sharpie

Scuff your nice black shoes? Or chip your black gel manicure? Don’t sweat it! What else are black sharpies for? Fitting conveniently in every bag, thus available at your service when needed .

2. Makeup Wipes/Face Wipes

Spill something on your nice outfit while at dinner? Have no fear, for makeup remover wipes and/or face wipes easily clean up the mess without making a fuss. The bonus is that they are small enough to fit within any sleek-compact clutch.

3. Spray Water Bottle#ForYourHair

Need to moisturize your scalp/locks, but don’t want to spend $$ on conditioners that all seem to promise the same thing? Go all natural by spritzing water in your hair to refresh and revive your tresses. This is best for natural hairstyles and I’m taking steps in this direction as I continue my loc journey. I have heard many women tout that conditioner is a marketing ploy by businesses to fill their pockets and nourishing your hair with a simple spritz of water is all you need! To each their own, but it never hurts to give it a shot.

4. Baking Soda Facial Scrub

When you run out of your fave exfoliating scrub, combined 3 tablespoons of baking soda with 1 tablespoon of water to create a paste that you put on your face! Let it sit for 1 minute before removing with warm water. This scrub removes dirt from pores and cleans your skin naturally. Be sure to clean your face first  by washing with warm water and your choice of face wash!

5. Safety Pins

Loose a button off your blouse? Pin the safety pin from the inside of your top to easily conceal your fashion dilemma.

6. Mascara

Use your favorite mascara on your eyebrows temporarily when you run out of eyebrow definer. I've done this method several times before such products were ever available on the market. Use the mascara lightly to help keep the hairs in place and fill in your brows.

7. Vitamin E Oil

I have just begun to use this #aesthetic and it works wonderfully on my skin. Instead of packing a huge bottle of lotion when going away for the weekend; I have utilized a small 5/6 oz bottle of vitamin E oil to moisturize my skin after showering. Vitamin E oil has a lot to offer when it comes to beauty benefits (such as softer skin). For more on the natural beauty regime check out my past post here:
